Freedom has always been number one. It’s why I dropped out. It’s why I’m in Praxis. It’s why I want to live in a van. It’s everything.
Rules are usually restricting. This isn’t always the case. Applied correctly, rules create freedom. These are my rules.
- Honesty
- Don’t watch or read the news
- Meditate every day
- Remember the compliments; forget the insults
- Cut out the people who don’t make me my best self; cherish the people who do
- Go outside every day
- Accept nothing as unequivocally true—question always
- Don’t do things I hate
- Write every day
- Don’t be reckless with others’ hearts
- Travel (a lot)
- Intellectually stimulate every day
- Immediately resolve to remove from my life any thing which I have a strong dislike of doing
- Don’t drink sugar
- Avoid any form of addiction
- Never stop being a little bit of a rebel
